What we store

• Your quiz answers and what you log in your plan (sessions done, how they felt), so the plan can adjust.
• Your email, to send your plan link, receipts and, if you agree, tips and offers.
• Your order: what you bought and when. Card details stay with Stripe; we never see them.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), our email sender, and a self-hosted analytics tool that counts visits without selling them.

Ads measurement

When you arrive from an ad, our pages tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which steps you reached, so we can show ads to people like our buyers and stop showing them to you once you've bought. Your browser's Global Privacy Control turns this off, as does adding ?ads=off to any of our addresses.

Health information

We ask only what the plan needs (for example, which joints to go easy on). We don't share answers about your body or health with advertisers.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email in one click. To see or delete everything we hold about you, write to support@strongmornings.com; we do it within 30 days. California residents have the rights in the CCPA; we don't sell or share personal information for money.
