Refunds and cancelling

Full refund within 7 days

Within 7 days of your first payment, email us or use the cancel page and we refund it in full. No questions asked.

How renewal works

Each plan shows its renewal before you pay: the first price, what it renews at, and when. For example, the home strength plan is $29 for the first 4 weeks, then $19.99 a month until you cancel. We email you before a yearly plan renews.

Cancel any time, online

Open the cancel page from your plan or from any email we send, and confirm. That's it: no call, no form. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.

After 7 days

Payments after the first 7 days aren't refunded, but cancelling stops every future charge. If something went wrong (a double charge, a renewal you didn't expect), write to us and we'll put it right.

Add-ons

An add-on bought with a plan (such as the meal plan) is refunded with it within the same 7 days.

How

Email support@strongmornings.com from the email you paid with. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to show.
